Can't stream live radio or audio from station's website

I have a Motorola droid mini white. When I try to stream live radio or audio files from the radio station's website, I get this message: "couldn't play the track you requested". I'm using Google Play Music and WiFi. What's the problem and how do I fix it?

I don't think Play music does streaming live radio. You may want to see if the radio station has an app or see if you can find it on I Heart Radio or something similar.

GPM can stream radio with a premium subscription, (not actual physical stations like FM, but rather custom stations like Pandora, iHeart) but I do know that it won't play some WMA files, wither it won't upload them or if the file extension is changed, it might upload, but won't play.

I have been using TuneIn since the pro versions was $1.....about 4 years now. I like it, although the structure and order is a bit wonky to me, but I can hear most anything in the world that I would want to hear with stream options to regulate data use and quality on most stations, both local and abroad. Any station on the internet. I can also record and rewind.
