have an android. unable to open playstore.it says check your connection. not sure what this means. I am able to go to facebook and the internet. need help to fix this.
Are your Google Play Services up to date? Do you happen to have a disabled Google service or process disabled? I might try by uninstalling GPS updates and letting it re-update by trying to go back to the GPS or rebooting the phone, that is, is you have your apps set to auto-update.
