Lollypop Upgraded - messes up my phone completely. Spent hours on a phone with Tech support, been at Verizon twice already - first time they replaced SIM card, second time did a factory reset to no avail. Phone works for few hours after each power cycle and then goes off to a twilight zone on its own. No warning, nothing.
So at this point I am "Forced" to buy a S6 because S5 has the same problems as S4, my personal issue with Verizon is why I am coerced to pay to fix the problem that was forced on me. I purchased my S4 thru Verizon so they are responsible for whatever they sell. They offered 43$ to reimburse me for the past month of non-existent phone service.
Very convenient business strategy - force a bad upgrade and have everyone to buy new phones.
Anyone had any success to get Verizon accountable for the bad service?
