Samsung Note 4 - How can I do a continous scroll?

When I am at my home page, I can't scroll to the left. I have disabled the flipboard briefing, however, I still will not allow me to scroll left, I know other carriers such as AT&T are able to however, I have heard this feature is disabled. If not, how can I enable it.

I found this on a discussion at Android Central: "For some unknown reason Verizon disables infinite scrolling (being able to continuously scroll home screen panels or app drawer to the left or right instead of them stopping and having to scroll back)."

Can you zoom in or out with a pinch?

What??? I have my home screen on my FIRST page. I can scroll to the right however, when I scroll left to get back to my home screen, I CANNOT scroll to the left past my home screen.

I don't understand what zooming in or out with a pinch has anything to do with scrolling to the left.

The proper term you are looking for is Looping homescreens, or Continuous HomeScreens that would be why the confusion
