My daughter's phone isn't working - it says "expired" - on the website it shows the phone and line as active. I can't contact customer support because they don't have anyone available. Seriously? How can you not offer 24-7 support for phone lines?
No phone company has 24 7 support.
Your bill would be higher in order to have 24-7 support.
