How do you set emergency contact on galaxy note 4?
What I would suggest is that you add a contact in your phone list as follows: I.C.E. In Case Of Emergency. This is in fact what most law enforcement agencies look for on your phone,in the event that you are unconcious and unable to communicate.
That being said, you would also have to make sure that a phone lock is not enabled or the entire point would be moot, since they obviously would not have the code to open your contact list and you would not be able to tell them what it was.
Just a thouhgt.
Actually, The ICE number can also be located on most lock screen just as you would set a greeting.

you can customize your device in many ways ... on would be to set a contact widget by going through the apps.. I am attaching a link that will lead you to the device under your MY VERIZON section above.. I am sure it will be of great help on showing you how to customize and to add an emergency contact whether you choose to do it under your contact area with your phone numbers by creating a group names EMERGENCY and listing all contacts for the --example ,,, doctors, blood type (in memo area), family members etc... or adding a app or widget to your device that was design for specialize information ..
