Is anyone having problems getting data alerts to work? Up until a couple of months ago, all worked well. I was receiving data alerts when any phone on my plan was at 50% of total data, 75%, etc. It is still set up correctly but does not work. I called Verizon and they opened a "ticket" but that was weeks ago and I have not received any feedback. Thanks!
