I have read some of the posts and I am in the same boat with your latest update. What is the problem? And when is it going to be fixed?. I have lost most of my apps and my TouchWiz has stopped working....so that I cannot move widgets to my home screen or add any new ones. Secondly, the colors for the notification page are childish. BTW, I went to my local Verizon store and they were completely useless as well as clueless. I am not a techno-geek, so clearing the cache and doing the factory reset does not sound like something I wanna do. Fix this problem Verizon!
