Galaxy S4 problems with lollipop update

I have read some of the posts and I am in the same boat with your latest update.  What is the problem?  And when is it going to be fixed?.  I have lost most of my apps and my TouchWiz has stopped working....so that I cannot move widgets to my home screen or add any new ones.  Secondly, the colors for the notification page are childish.  BTW, I went to my local Verizon store and they were completely useless as well as clueless.  I am not a techno-geek, so clearing the cache and doing the factory reset does not sound like something I wanna do.  Fix this problem Verizon!

You couk go into settings and for home screen, try toggling the mode. Also look to see if in settings for your device, you have options associated with motion... sorry, I glanced at another post here somewhere and they mentioned that. You could also use a replacement launcher like Nova from the play store...

Here comes the hard truth.... doubtful a fix or patch you might wait on wouldn't require an FDR on your part at this point anyway...

Backup your personal content. Copy down important settings and get usernames and passwords ready. Then... proceed to try an FDR to fix your device.
