update services unavailable for 2nd part of Lollipop update

I got the first half of the lollipop update and went back to get the second half and now its telling me the verizon update services are unavailable.

how big is part 1 & 2??

Part one is 117 MB and part two is 904 MB; you'll need up to 1.7 GB of reserved memory to upgrade according to the update instructions:
