My phone won't download photos or texts sent to multiple people. Voice calls or one-on-one texts are not a problem. My wife's IPhone does not have the same problem even though we live in an area of 1x data coverage (in the mountains of NC) and Verizon is leasing a tower operated by US Cellular. Other data uses seem fine. We typically have 4 bars of service. Any suggestions? Someone at the Verizon store changed a setting deep into the menu, but it didn't help.
