What does it mean when I get a busy signal when I call *86 (voice mail)? I have a Motorola Droid Mini.

Starting today, whenever I call *86 (voice mail), I get a busy signal. Why is that? I have a Motorola Droid Mini.

Call Verizon and have them reset your voicemail.

It's important that you're able to retrieve your voice mail messages!

What happens when you try to access your voice mail by dialing your 10 digit mobile number and pressing # to interupt your greeting? Also dial *73 and "Send" to disable any possible call forwarding that may have been accidentally enabled. Please keep me posted.

None of those things worked - I tried them all before finally calling tech support and they had to reset my voice mail. Thanks anyway.
