Galaxy S5 Reset after Lollipop

My Galaxy s5 has reset multiple times after lollipop update. Phone will reset when trying to answer calls and take pictures. I'm sick of my GALAXY!! Sick of lollipop 5.0. Hate Galaxy. Also, over heats and lags. Also, battery drains really fast even when not in use.

When you factory reset your phone, did you go into settings>back up and reset and disable back up my data and automatic restore? If not, I suggest you do another factory reset and do this step first.

After that I would avoid installing too many 3rd party apps until you charge your phone to 100% and then use it as normal. Once it gets down to 25% (give or take) go into settings>battery and let us know what the top 5 items are and their % of usage.

I want you to love your phone & the new operating system. How long has it been doing this? Have you run your phone in Safe Mode for 24 hours to see if the behavior continues once 3rd party applications are taken out of the equation? http://spr.ly/6585B6C9F

It'd been doing this since I got it. It's been very frustrating. I will run it in safe mode and let you know.

I realized I have done that before and it was not a third party app causing the problem. The problem with Android there are too many platforms that Android has to customize for, unlike Apples whose products are made to run their software.

Please help!!! Since I installed the update my phone restarts! I am so tired of my phone restarting randomly all day long! What is safe mode???

That would certainly frustrate me too! It's important that your phone works just like you need it to. Let's make sure we solve this for you.

Safe mode runs the phone without any third party apps, just the programs and options that come on the phone. That helps us to see if this coud be caused by something that has been added to the phone. Can you try in safe mode for a few hours and see if it is better? http://vz.to/1Ea5XxF

How often does the phone have this issue? Does it happen when doing certain things or more randomly?
