We want to make sure your phone works the way you need it to. Help is here and I'm confident we can solve this. Is it the same with multiple wi-fi networks? Have we tried forgetting the network on the phone and resetting the modem?

larshev, that's a mystery to us too! What happens when you try to connect to Wi-Fi? Are you having issues with connecting to all Wi-Fi connections or just a particular one?

All of my other devices work fine. My wife's galaxy 5 and both tablets. I am connected to wi fi properly but my phone times out and says to check wi fi connection. I recently updated to lollipop but the problem started before that. I powered off phone and also did a soft rest to no avail. Do I need a new phone.
