Cell Service Outage in Boston, MA 6/19/2015? Limited access to phone interent/phone internet not working.
Do you have multiple phones on this line? Are they all experiencing problems? Do you know of any other Verizon customers in the area that are also experiencing problems?
Just 1 phone. It was having issues as soon as I entered the city for work this morning. Was working fine about 10 miles outside of the city this morning. I called a nearby VZW store, but they did not hear of any other reports.
What phone do you have? Power it down, remove the sim card for a minute and then reinstall. It will reacquire the towers in the area.

digital service not available. . . .leaving/entering service area. . . battery died and replaced. . .
still no service. . . .also not able to activate backup phone. . . . .
"reacquire towers in the area". . . .??? will power down. . .remove and replace battery. . . .
