I keep getting the "message not sent" icon even when I haven't sent a message or when I have sent a message and it did send.
That's really odd for that message to appear when you are not sending a message, MeganLNelson. Have you deleted old message threads to see if this will clear the notification? What phone do you have?AndreaS_VZWFollow us on Twitter @VZWSupport
I haven't cleared my message thread yet. I have the Motorola Moto X
Thank you for that information, MeganLNelson, as this allow me to review device specific issues. When did you notice this notification appearing? Since this notification began, have you powered your phone off and on to help refresh the network connection? Can you please go to Settings>Apps>All and clear the data for the message application that you are using.AndreaS_VZWFollow us on Twitter @VZWSupport
When I hit "clear data" is says all the files, database, accounts, and
settings will be deleted permanently. Is that ok? Is that gonna mess my
phone up?
