I have a new app that will cause me to use Bluetooth for the first time on my phone and am wondering if Bluetooth will severely affect my battery life?

Bob767 you must also take into account the device you are using,, the maker of the Bluetooth and the device that will be channeling thru the Bluetooth..
please make sure to double check the spec's for each..
Wait, you mean 20-25% battery use if you are using the BT radio as in connected and transmitting right? Not just on and disconnected. ?
