I have the Galaxy Stellar. After several restarts, it will not go into the home screen. It'll go passed the Samsung logo, then get stuck at the 4G LTE screen, flashing repeatedly.
Try holding the power button until it restarts and see if that helps.... Other than that and taking out the battery and putting it back in, there isnt much else you can do other than a factory reset
