Cause Code: Addr.Vcnt., 0 when sending text to one person

I have a Mortola Droid Maxx, which I purchased new in February, 2015.  Starting today, when I attempt to text my girlfriend, she is unable to receive the messages.  Under Message Details on my sent messages, it says:

Type:  Text message

To:  (555)555-5555 [in place of real number, obviously]

Priority:  Normal

Sent:  May 15, 11:58

Cause codeL  Addr.Vcnt., 0

She can send to me but cannot receive any of my texts.  I am able to send and receive other contacts' texts.  Why is this occurring?  It just started this morning.

And no, she did not change her number or put a block on my number.  :-)

We certainly want to make sure all of your texts go right through. That's crucial. Has anything recently changed with either of your phones? Has she had any issues with getting texts from anyone else?
