Reps will never know exactly, and any rumor is just that a rumor. Even asking won't get what you are looking for.

Yes I know that and I have the web based page from Motorola just for that. But they have to work with that certain carrier, that's why I asked if any Verizon rep knew anymore that what I know. Like a small leak that it's passed through their network somewhere.
