Is it possible to make a custom ringback tone?
Custom ringback, not to my knowledge. I only know of custom ringtones. Remember, it's a tone being played FROM Verizon to the caller, not from your phone, so there would be no other way that I know of other than uploading to Verizon, which I'm sure is not possible.
