i added the youmail visual voicemail and then i removed it and now im not receiving any voicemails.
please help
When you added the YouMail app, did you set up your voicemail to go through YouMail by forwarding your calls to the YouMail number? If so, you'll need to turn off the call forwarding to allow the stock Voicemail app to pick up unanswered calls. Dial *73, press Send, wait for the confirmation tones, and then hang up.
Is this a 3rd party app?
If youmail changed your email, then you simply need to go to My Verizon and log in and change features or re-set up your voicemail by calling your voicemail.
