Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (SM-N910V), Recently Messenger+ has decided to work whenever it wants to. It can be with WIFI or 4G LTE. I will get messages live to as far up to 24 hours later then they have been sent to me. I've also learned at-least one sent message was delayed when they are sent to. I have tried from other locations however it has not solved the problem.
Things ive tried.
1. Uninstalled my Avast Internet Security - Still same issue
2. Tried different WiFi's and my 4G LTE - Still same issue
3. Uninstall messenger+ and re installed it - Still same issue
Things I've observed
1. Other programs have no issues, regular Google messenger works fine.
2. Messenger+ does show im typing and shows message is delivered.
3. With another person in same room, also using Messenger+ plus with Verizon with same phone model and it shows them "typing" then they will say I sent it .. yet it will take hour or more sometimes to get that message.
4. This would be SMS text and NOT MMS, No Pictures, Emojis, etc just straight text.
Factory Reset is Not a good answer for a solution.
