unfortunately contacts has stopped

Hello,

Since my phone has updated to the new OS, I have constantly sent he error message 'unfortunately contacts has stopped' can you please advise how to fix this?

Go to SETTINGS then to: APPLICATION MANAGER slide over to: ALL scroll down to: CONTACTS STORAGE CLEAR ALL DATA.
