The New Brigadier

I upgraded to the new Brigadier android. The only way I am able to access the internet is through the Wifi. When I turn Wifi off and try to surf the net, check email, etc., I am told I have no internet connection. I've always had excellent internet connection until this phone. Is there some setting I'm missing to access the internet using my mobile data plan?

Let’s get you connected to the network data. Has this ever worked before? Do you see 4G at that top of the phone? Checked the following settings for me please http://vz.to/1SwKdTM

Go to Settings---Mobile Data and make sure that it is turned on.

I tried this although I had tried it before. It still says no connection available. Thanks for trying.
