After I answer a call and pull the phone away from my face the screen stays black. Anybody else have this problem?
Do you happen to have a case on it? Sometimes the "cheap" case you buy at 5Below or a flea market aren't tested with the device and can interfere with proximity sensor. Or even a screen protector. The proximity sensor detects the amount of light. It is located on the front of the device usually immediately to the left of the speaker.
