So here I am four customer service reps and a manager later, frustrated, lied to, and still without my tablet. On April 15th I sent my tablet in to have Warrenty work done. According to what I was told it arrived on the 17th or 18th. From there no one knows what happened to it. I started calling two weeks later. Every time I called I was promised a return call with a status update. No one calls and still no tablet. Finally on the 14th of this month I got fed up and talked to customer care manager After tracking down a problem with the notes on my tablet (still can't find my tablet) I get another promise to call....guess what, yep no call. As far as I can tell Verizon Stole my tablet and refuses to replace it. Where do I go to report this? Right now I am thinking Better Business Bureau or the Police.
