Just received my new LG G4. Trying to transfer contacts, etc. Can find my current device (RAZR MAXX) but the G4 isn't listed among the available new devices. Help!
Aren't your contacts in Google Gmail? When you set up your Google Account they sync.
On your old phone change all of your contacts to Google Contacts, then never worry about syncing again. Verizon cloud will give you nothing but trouble
