I have noticed that there are a lot of features on my (new) Droid Maxx that I have zero control over.
E.g., every time I got a voicemail, I had to go through the prompts to tell it I did not want to set up Visual Voicemail. To get this turned off, I had to call Verizon Support and have them do it.
How do I get around having to call Support for app changes like this?
How do I contact Verizon to let them know this is poor customer relations?
