Using Verizon wifi while traveling

Question

I will be taking the Amtrack AutoTrain this summer.  I am looking for a way to watch Netflix while on the train. I was thinking of using Verizon wifi on my ipad.  If I use Verizon wifi, how much data does a 2-hour movie on Netflix use?  Is this how it is billed?  Is this a decent way to watch Netfilx?

2 hour movie on Netflix uses around 200-2GB depending on definition. The better the quality the more it uses. I believe the iPad would use higher than VGA quality wouldn't surprise me it uses at least 800MB.
