I am involved in a court matter with my ex-husband and I need to access and/or subpoena my calls logs from December 2010 through April 13, 2015; or alternatively, the calls logs which would show (or not) my ex-husband's former cell phone number, his former/current work phone number and his home phone number as incoming calls to my cell phone number. This is a question for a verizon support tech. If a subpoena is required, to whom/where would the subpoena be directed? Thank you in advance for any information you can offer.  I can go back 18 months on my account but I may need to go back to December 2010. Is there a way to "search" for specific phone numbers as incoming calls?

I can only speak to this one aspect of your question, but it might help. As far as searching for incoming calls from a certain number in regards to the records you have access to (18 months) you can go to My Verizon and click on the phone line in question.  Then under Usage you can click Minutes.  You can then click on Incoming or Outgoing filters to sort as such and CTRL+F and a search box will pop up and allow you to enter a specific number.
