Hi. I started using Verizon from Nov 15, 2013. As many people did, I also paid $800 as security deposit (I have two lines). When I check payment history on my account, I see "security deposit applied - 10/30, 10/31, 2014". However I didn't get a refund. And then I requested a deposit refund about two months ago. But I have not received yet.
