I can only send/receive group mms on data for my galaxy s5. is there a way to get them over WiFi too? my WiFi is always a strong connection.
MMS requires cellular data connection and does not go over wifi. While using cellular data, the data use is not counted against your monthly allotment.
You might consider switching to Verizon Messages; it will send/receive MMS such as group texts over wi-fi.
