I am trying to upgrade, but I have to wait until my money comes to do that. If my bill was due by 2/14 how many days do I have until it's "past due".

Therefore if your due date is 2/14 your cycle is 2/19. As long as you pay the bill by 2/18, there will be no late fee. Couldn't tell ya...never had that issue. I'm just guessing but I'm sure there probably isn't more than a 5 day window before some sort of action happens...I could be wrong though...
The day after your dye date technically, although your bill cycle date is when you are accessed the late fee.
My best advice would be to call them and make them aware of your situation. Will you avoid a late fee...maybe, maybe not...but failure to communicate is never the answer. If you've been an otherwise good customer, maybe they'll allow you a couple of extra days to get your payment in without terminating your service. Call and speak with them...companies are usually much more willing to work with someone who is communicating with them than someone who is avoiding them. Best of luck to you...
IIf the option is buy a new phone OR pay my bill on time, you should pay on time.
Onay accounts in good standing are eligible to upgrade.
