After lollipop update having constant pop error that my contacts stop working and another android service has stopped. How do I correct this.

We want you to be able to fully enjoy your phone again. Does the error message about your contact pop up only when accessing the contacts? What other android service is stating is is no longer working? Do you receive these same messages when in safe mode? http://vz.to/1u4Pjtp
