Pbrproduction2007, that is great to hear that you are looking to help out a friend. Sounds like you are tring to get funds added to a prepaid device. I do apologize but we don't have access to prepaid accounts. You can always call our prepaid team toll free by dialing 888-294-6804. The agents there should be able to help with getting you set up.
