Hearing impaired

Hi, I recently have become deaf in my right ear.left ear is okay but still not 100% either.now I own the droid turbo and the speaker placement makes it very hard to hear. I really need a different phone with better speaker and louder speaker the the turbo. Hopefully a Verizon rep can help me?

Are you eligible for an upgrade?

You can buy a used phone if you don't want to pay full price and sell the phone that is no longer useful to you.

You can also use apps from the Play Store that increase volume. Look for "volume booster" type apps.

thx for the info guys, i'm goingto get a new phone with better volume and if i do happen to have issues still i will try that app. thank you ..

I was looking on my Galaxy s5 and under Settings>Accessibility>Hearing there are a few sound options. I don't know if the phone you currently have has something of the same nature or any features under that area that will help, but it might be worth a look.
