How do you merge the two calls? For example, I'm on a call with A and B calls. I answer B which automatically puts A on hold and "Swap" tab is displayed, but "Merge" tab is no where to be found.
Contacted Samsung and was told it's the carrier's issue, which I don't believe so.
And kept being told that Samsung is always on the move updating softwar/hardware.!? Perhaps they forgot the simple "Merge" button????
