Voice Service Dropouts (Voice Only, Not Data)

I have found voice service dropouts where I live in 20657.  When attempting to dial, it will either say Cell Network Not Available or it will stay stuck at dialing.  It happens at unpredictable times through the day and rarely at night.  It seems to have started occurring when the new tower on Little Cove Point Road was put in.

This can occur on my wife's phone at the same time, but not always at the same time.

Call VZW tech support and make them aware of your issue.  In my experience, they've been pretty decent about helping and even sending a field tech out to validate my issue.  It may be something going on that they're not aware of...I'd start there...
