Cannot dial out on s5. Phone was working fine yesterday morning and last night I could not open the Phone App to make a call. I cannot view my recent calls list either. I can view my contacts, however when I try to change to phone/recent, I get an error message saying "unfortunately, contacts has stopped working". I did a factory reboot and the problem still persists. It also occurs in safe mode. Help.
