When will the Note 3 be receiving the Lollipop update?

I'd like to hear the official word from Verizon. T-Mobile Note 3s received the 5.0 update over a month ago.
Website shows an upgrade on 04.14.15 for the note 3. When can we expect it in the Charleston s.c area?

Screwed my phone all up.
When I bought my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 it was perfect. With each update, it's becoming disfunctional and ugly. I don't like all the weird color of things, and I don't like the white/gray keyboard and the blue/gray write-to-text. Who's goofy idea was it to completely change the look & style of what was once a terrific smartphone?
My phone now is frequently restarting without warning when I'm in the middle of a phone call or other work related things. The battery life is not good anymore. Why would someone completely change a great product into something deplorable? You know another word for lollipop is "Sucker". That's how I feel for downloading/installing lollipop, like a giant sucker!
I just realized that my Widgets page is missing in the area that once was the Apps | Widgets area. And my Galaxy Apps app is gone.
My Note 3 received it last night in a 2-update series.
my phone won't take screen shots anymore. i don't know what it is called, but when you circle a certain area on your screen with your pen and the dotted lines come up....that doesn't work anymore either. everything was fine until the update.
I updated my Note 3 yesterday and it has some problems with Apps no longer working. Be careful
Just updated mine last night and new format is terrible. Half the time can't answer my calls or hang up phone calls. Been on phone with verizon twice today and nothing has worked so far. Last thing they recommended to me was to go to forum and look for answers. Really? If they can't get it corrected by tomorrow i will be asking for a new phone!
I performed the upgrade the day after it was made available OTA. I haven't had any issues at all. The battery life remained relatively the same, I can't tell the difference. If you're having issues, I recommend backing up your contacts and data, and do a clean install. The instructions should be on VZW's update page.
