Trying to get actual people service

Does anyone know how to directly contact a person at Verizon. I spent over an hour on the website looking for a way to contact a person to discuss my bill. I kept getting looped back to the same website areas of FAQs and forums without actually ever finding a number. Even the customer service chat screen seems to have disappeared. Where has the 'service' in Verizon Wireless Services gone?

Thanks, Ann154 and Snn5. I have the number that you posted; but I had that number as Tech Support rather than Customer Service. I did not have the option 4 and saying agent, though. I also don't recall seeing the Live Chat option in Firefox. So, I picked up a couple of new bits of information.

BTW, I tried the number and the first thing that I got was a sales pitch trap I think for the road assist service. I really do not understand why Verizon needs to make talking to a service person on the phone so complicated. I also do not understand why Verizon seems to be pushing customers toward their stores to get personal assistance.
