I have note 3, applied lolipop update, as soon as I did my call signal strength dropped and now I can't make or receive phone calls in my office, where it was fine before?
Have you ensured that the network setting is LTE/CDMA and not Global? Have you tried removing the SIM card for a few minutes (be careful not to touch the gold contacts) and then reinserting and allowing a fresh network connection to be established?
yep tried both still terribly weak signal I am showing a -114dbm and a 26 to 30 asu
You might try a new SIM card; they're free at your local Corporate VzW store or by contacting Customer Service.
