Galaxy Note 10.1 keeps getting Failure to Authenticate error in wifi

I just received my Note 10.1 (2013) last week.  Have it all set up but I keep dropping my wifi connection at home.  I have six different devices running off my home netword (Uverse since I can't get Verizon where I live) and my new tablet keeps disconnecting and giving me Failure to Authenticate errors.  It won't reconnect unless I move it right next to the router.  I have never had any issues with any of my other devices including my wife's Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 or my old Tab 10.1.  I see online this is not uncommon for the Note 10.1.  Does anyone know why this happens and/or how to correct it?

I would recommend installing Wifi Analyzer - Android Apps on Google Play on one of your devices and take a look at what other routers are in your area and what channels they are using. (I used to use inSSIDer but now they charge).  Anyway, install and run and it will show you a graph of  wireless networks that are nearby and their strengths.  If you see a number of other wifis setup on your channel then you need to reconfigure your router for another channel.  You can set for a number of channels but should only be set for 1, 6, 11, anything else will end up overlapping existing and cause problems for both surrounding channels.  Run it and walk around your place and see what you see, my house I get a handful of other networks, other places like apartments you'll get tons of other networks.  If you find lots of overlap with neighboring routers, and need help reconfiguring I'll help, but first get a lay of the land and see what is out there. I also recommend running at different times of the day and days of the week.
