verizon dosnt stand behind their tech support"s word

I recently had my droid maxx speaker malfunction and called Verizon and was told that they would upgrade my phone with a six hundred dollar phone and that that I would get it for $299. I was told galaxie 6 was one of the toughest phones and worth it for using on the job. well this is my second maxx in 7 months. the first one was defective and this one was sent in its place and it was refurbished. not new like I paid for. well got new fone and it waws a casio Gz one 4g lte. it was made with outdated op system. the 4.0 aqndroid ice cream sandwich 4 years ago. was sold an outdated phone that you cant even get a price for at Verizon web site. I am being charged over $300 to be downgraded.and Verizon will not make it right. time to go pre pay.

We always want you to have the very best device experience, Charlie9375! When purchasing a new phone you typically have 14 days to return the equipment if you are not satisfied. Was a warranty previously discussed in regards to the MAXX?

Yes and I've already had problems with original droid maxx and don't want another refurbished phone. Told support tech that I wanted brand new and had no problem paying full price for the best phone you have. Then he sent a gzone Casio commando outdated phone for three hundred and told my wife he took 300 dollars off price for our inconvenience. Wasn't wat I wanted and asked for. Then find out this done can't even be bought at Verizon because off obsolete opp system.

Was theft by deception and all I tried to do was buy a phone no matter cost . agreed on galaxie 6. Then got jerked around ever since. This is last week of me with Verizon phones. Have been told lie after lie

I don't think a glass front and glass back phone (Galaxy S6) fits the bill for "tough."

I very confused. Was this a warranty replacement, or did you ask to buy a phone at full cost?

Also if you have a broken used phone, you do not get a new phone in return on warranty. You get a working used phone in return. Like for like.

He told wife he was sending us a 600 dollar come and was taking three hundred off for our trouble. I had to go back to work so after I agreed to the galaxie I gave my wife the phone to finish any of the details he might need to finish the order.

I work very long hours and travel a lot with my job just wanted to get a phone adap. Can't always have time for research.

Just thought I could trust the folks to want to make money for making a good high dollar sale. Don't know why I would be screwed over instead of given what I asked for which was a higher sale. I'm just going prepaid. At least then u get more for cheaper price without being jerked around
