I just bought a Samsung Galaxy Core Prime yesterday and synced several music files to it. However, I can only access some of them. The majority of them are only available via 'my files' and will not play no matter which player I use. It simply either says that the action cannot be processed or the player cannot play that file. Please help! I really want to be able to listen to my music! Thanks!
