HD calling issues

Title says it all. Yesterday (2-2-15) I upgraded my galaxy s5 to lollipop. Tonight I enabled hd calling (VoLTE) for my phone. I restarted my device as per instruction. When I turned it on I had the toggle to enable and disable HD calling. Ever since then I can't call or receive calls. It will ring once or twice then say something along the lines of "you have reached a non-working number" even after turning off HD calling and restarting phone it won't work... Help! I'm running android 5.0

I fixed it! You have to go into the app on your phone"My verizon mobile" and then it should log you in. Once on the main page scroll down to the "change features" tab.Once on that page scroll down all the way to the bottom where it says "advanced calling 1.0" and click the "+" then click "remove feature". After that click the "review" button and make sure you follow those steps to remove the feature all together. Once you do that restart your phone and you should be good to go! Still might want to go into verizon to find out why its not allowing HD calls, but until then at least youll be able to make a phone call!

You might try going into settings and resetting the device to factory default settings and see if that works. Otherwise it is very likely that you will have to call your Verizon carrier and have them restore your number and figure out how in the world your number somehow got deactivated. If this is some sort of glitch or bug that needs to be worked out of the system, the Verizon carrier will, no doubt, need to know about it
