why is my automatic driving mode on when car mode is turned off. how do i turn it off ?

My phone is constantly beeping telling me that automatic car mode is on any time I get a text or call. However my car mode is turned off. How do I disable this ? Any one have any ideas please ?

I definitely get how frustrating it would be to have your phone keep going into this mode! Let's make sure we figure this out. Does this happen only when you're driving or other times as well? What type of phone do you have?
