Im traveling abroad and my phone service is currently suspended. Somehow my service went from non billed suspension to billed suspension on its own. I asked the customer service representative to fix this. After about an hour of back and forth trying to explain the situation, she finally looked into my account and saw that I was telling the truth. She said she would fix my account to reflect the non billed suspension and it would take 24 hours. Well, its been 48 hours with my bill unchanged.
Since I left on this trip Verizon has been nothing but a pain to contact and to deal with. I want this fixed, and Verizon if you're reading this, if you don't fix your nickel and dime ways, and fix your customer service , you will loose a customer.
