For the past couple of days my phone says I have a voicemail. when I go to listen to them, my voicemail says I have no new voicemails and the icon still is in my notification bar. how do I get rid of this icon?
Do you have the Voice Mail app? Is it showing a new message? I've found that along with deleting a voice mail after I've listened to it, that I also need to go into the voice mail app and delete it in order for both of the icons to disappear. Every now and again I'll have to take it one step further and restart my phone.
