My daughter is on a school trip to Ireland.
Got her the global plan for her 5s. She can get wifi but the phone is picking up vodaphone but she can't access internet except via wifi. Purchased the global plan for piece of mind and am frustrated . We were told she wouldn't have to "do anything" to activate the international service . Checked her settings and roaming and LTE are on . Help !
